Holiday Closure & Shipping Dates – 2025

The festive season is almost here, and couriers are busier than ever! Our team will be available until Tuesday 23rd December to help you get your High-Performance Batteries, before taking a break until Friday 2nd January.

Important Shipping Dates:

• Tracer Batteries: As all Lithium rechargeable batteries need to adhere to Dangerous Goods regulations, extra checks are needed, which can add delays. To get your batteries before Christmas, place orders by Friday 19th December.
• Chargers & Accessories: Orders can be shipped until Monday 22nd December.

Place your order before these dates to receive it in time for Christmas. If you miss the deadlines, contact our team before ordering. Export customers should get in touch for shipping information.

Made-to-Order Products

Custom batteries and accessories take around three weeks to produce, so the last order date has now passed. If you still need a bespoke product, contact us – we may be able to fit it in before the final dispatch dates.
